The Rent Well program is a comprehensive tenant education course that is intended for both tenants and property managers.
The course is available in-person as well as an eCourse in seven different languages; which allows a student to take the course on their own time and at their own pace.

Why is there a need for this course?
In the midst of a housing crisis, the number of house-less individuals is rising at unprecedented rates. Previous evictions, criminal history, poor credit, or debt can pose huge barriers to securing safe housing. Rent Well addresses these barriers by giving students the tools overcome past barriers, help write impressive and reasonable accommodation letters, and create a personalized housing portfolio to turn a potential denial into an approval.

While property managers might initially be unsure about renting to individuals with prior housing barriers, the graduates of Rent Well are eligible for the Rent Guarantee Program. Rest assured, If there are any damages, past due rent, or eviction costs within the first year of tenancy, the landlord can apply for reimbursement of up to $5000 beyond the security deposit.
